Who we are

HelloWork was founded by people who came from the tech ecosystem, not from the recruitment industry. We saw what it looked like from the inside — the keyword matching, the spray-and-pray outreach, the complete disconnect between what companies need and what recruiters deliver.

We saw that recruitment was stuck in keyword-matching mode while the rest of tech had moved on. The tools existed to do this properly — to actually understand context, to evaluate fit at a deeper level, to explain reasoning. Nobody was applying them.

So we built HelloWork to bring intelligence and context to a process that desperately needed it. We combine the judgment that comes from years in the tech ecosystem with a matching engine that can process context at scale.

Now we serve Nordic tech companies from Helsinki, Berlin, and Malaga — helping them find people who actually fit, not just people who match on paper.
