- “Get things done” mentality. You are willing to do the work and aim for concrete results
- Good understanding of at least one business industry, such as software business or industrial manufacturing
- Work experience from key role related to recruitment or other talent operation functions
- Ability to facilitate and manage discussions and processes. In other words you make sure matters move forward and other stakeholders are well informed  

Compensation

3000-4000€ base salary + 1000-3000€ bonus per month + benefits of your choice.

Location: Helsinki (Hybrid)
